Tryin toResist

I wanted to fun my face through a bunch of bready type foods earlier today. I was up bright and early for some reason so I ate my oatmeal really early.....like 5:05am! So by the time 8:30 came around I was dying for something!! Decided to have a fruit and granola parfait from Bread Co. Maybe not the best choice at 310 calories but at least it had fruit and calcium. Probably should have gotten the one from McDonald's.......2.50 cheaper and way less calories. At least I didn't run my face through the rest of the brownies left in the breakroom.
Made it to lunch and ate what I brought.
Home at 3:30 and kept busy so didn't eat. We are going to Mama Campisi's at The Hill for a surprise birthday party for a friend adn they will have food there which I know I will have to eat. I am going to try really hard to stick with my no simple carbs rules!!! I also am proud, I came home and exercised for 30 minutes on the treadmill when I would have normally just skipped it because of not much time.

Food Today:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal
later: Bread Co fruit and granola parfait
Lunch: Half chicken (deli) with lowfat cheese on wheat
medium size apple

I will post later with an update on the rest of the night.
So far so good!
